Required Preparation Steps
Complete these essential steps before treatment day for optimal results
This is the most crucial step. Ozone eliminates existing odors, but it cannot prevent new odors from arising if the source remains.
Identify all sources of the odor. This might include soiled carpets, pet waste, spoiled food, etc.
Completely remove these sources. This may involve discarding items, replacing baseboards, or thoroughly cleaning affected areas.
Our guarantee is valid only if the odor source is completely removed.
While we specialize in odor elimination, we do not provide cleaning services. The area must be clean before we can treat it.
Thoroughly vacuum all carpets and floors.
Wash any washable fabrics (e.g., curtains, bedding).
Wipe down all surfaces.
Clean any visible stains.
We can refer you to professional cleaning services if needed.
Remove: All people, pets (including fish in tanks), and plants must be removed from the property.
Remove or Cover:
Valuable artwork and antiques.
Sensitive electronics.
Any items showing signs of existing damage.
Items that may require specialized cleaning.
Ozone is generally safe for most modern materials, but removing or covering these items is a recommended precaution.
Ensure our technicians have easy access to all areas requiring treatment.
Written notification to all adjacent units
Confirmation of receipt from neighbors
Units with shared airspace must be vacant
Emergency contact information provided
Evacuation plan in place
24-hour notice minimum required
All occupants must evacuate immediately if they detect any gases or experience breathing difficulties
We take every precaution to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of our treatments. Our technicians are thoroughly trained in all safety protocols and will guide you through every step of the process. If you have any questions or concerns about the treatment process or safety procedures, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Understanding how our ozone treatment works
Ozone (O₃) has a pale blue color in its liquid and solid forms and has a distinct, sharp odor often described as similar to chlorine or after a lightning storm. It is a highly reactive gas that readily decomposes back to O₂, making it a strong oxidizing agent perfect for eliminating odors at the molecular level.
If the odor returns and the source is removed, we'll re-treat for free within 15 days.
We proudly serve all of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and all surrounding areas in South Florida.
